I didn’t know that what I was surrendering to was Grace.

A dance with the divine began to invite the materials within me to come forward.

The grief, the fear, the love, the depression, the anxiety, the fatigue, the longing, the questions. The Noũs.

A salve to the suffering I was experiencing.

The medium became a bridge to a longer exhale. To healing. To transcendence.

Widening my capacity and depth as a vessel of Grace.

To hold what is with acceptance, reverence and compassion.

One day at a time, in ritual and communion with creation, regardless of my circumstances, I began to feel most Alive.
